When you submit the form or call our Pasadena office, a licensed loan officer, not a call center, not a chatbot, picks up the conversation. We'll ask a few quick questions about your goals, the property type, your timeline, and your general financial picture so we can point you to the right loan program from the first call.
If you're ready, we can usually issue a written pre-approval within 1-2 business days. If you're still researching, we'll walk you through the options and follow up only when you ask us to. No pressure, no overnight rate-lock games, no surprise emails from a third party we sold your information to.
Most of our business comes from referrals, buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and CPAs in the San Gabriel Valley and across California who send their friends and family to us because we close the loans we promise to close. We'd rather lose a deal at the consultation than waste your time later.
